Snow Oyster - Culture Syringe 20CC

A sweeter flavor and aroma than other Oyster varieties, Snow Oysters are very mellow and fibrous. Their texture holds up well in cooking, making a great ‘shredded chicken’ substitute in dishes.

Inject one 20 cc syringe per 3lb Grain Bag. Wait about 2 weeks until fully colonized. One 3lb Grain bag will inoculate 6 10lb substrate bags.
