Vibrant and flavorful, Pink Oysters are very fleshy and will hold their texture while cooking. All seasonings work well, although Cajun we find to be particularly complimentary. Tear into shreds and enjoy over tacos, grain bowls and alongside omelets!

Inject one 20 cc syringe per 3lb Grain Bag. Wait about 2 weeks until fully colonized. One 3lb Grain bag will inoculate 6 10lb substrate bags.
